Gaslighting Check provides automated analysis of text and audio content to detect potential manipulation patterns. The service includes:

• Text analysis for manipulation detection
• Audio recording and transcription
• Analysis history storage and retrieval
• User authentication and account management
• Tiered subscription plans with varying features

3. Account Terms

To use certain features of the Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your account information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Our service offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Limited features with basic analysis capabilities
• Plus Tier ($9.99/month): Enhanced features and extended history
• Pro Tier ($24.99/month): Full feature access and unlimited history

Payment terms:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Refunds are processed according to our refund policy (see Section 5 below)
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

5. Refund Policy

All Sales Final

All purchases are final and non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge that:

• Our service provides AI-powered analysis of manipulation patterns
• Results are subjective assessments, not professional diagnosis
• You have tested our service with the free analysis before purchasing

Try Before You Buy

Every user receives one free analysis to evaluate our service before committing to a paid plan. We strongly encourage you to:

• Use your free analysis on representative content
• Review our service capabilities and limitations
• Ensure the service meets your needs before purchasing

Technical Issues Exception

The ONLY exception to our no-refund policy is if technical failures completely prevent service delivery:

• System errors preventing analysis completion
• Account access issues unresolved within 48 hours
• Documented service outages affecting your usage

These issues must be reported to support@gaslightingcheck.com within 48 hours and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

What's NOT Refundable

• Dissatisfaction with analysis results or severity scores
• Misunderstanding of service capabilities (please use free test first)
• Change of mind after purchase
• Completed analyses (service has been rendered)

Payment Disputes

If you have concerns about a charge, please contact our support team at support@gaslightingcheck.com before initiating a payment dispute with your bank. We're committed to resolving legitimate issues promptly. Please note that payment disputes may require account suspension during the investigation period to protect both parties.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period. You retain access until the end of your paid period.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent any security measures
• Not share sensitive information of others without consent
• Not interfere with the proper operation of the service
• Not attempt to access data not intended for you
• Not use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others

• You retain ownership of your content

• You are responsible for the legality of your content
• We may remove content that violates these terms
