- Text content you submit for analysis
- Analysis results and history
- Usage data (features accessed, timestamps of interactions)

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services

3. Data Retention and Deletion

When you delete your account, we permanently delete all associated data within 30 days.
4. Data Storage and Security
We implement industry-standard security measures:
- Data encryption in transit using HTTPS/TLS protocols
- Secure data storage through Supabase's encrypted database system
- Secure authentication through Supabase and Google OAuth
- Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Access controls and monitoring for all data access
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- OpenAI API for audio transcription and text analysis
- Google Authentication for user sign-in
- Supabase for data storage and authentication
- Stripe for payment processing
- Mixpanel for product analytics and sampled Session Replay. In the United States, this is enabled by default unless you opt out. In the United Kingdom, European Union, European Economic Area, and locations we cannot reliably classify, it is enabled only after you opt in.
- Meta Pixel and Conversions API for advertising measurement on verified, non-sensitive public pages and for limited registration, checkout, and purchase events. The browser Pixel is not used on dashboard or analysis-result pages.
Each service has its own privacy policy and data handling practices. We encourage you to review their policies.
Mixpanel page-view collection excludes URL query strings and fragments. We disable automatic input-event and rendered-text collection. Session Replay remains sampled at up to 80% of eligible sessions, but all page text and form inputs are masked and browser-console capture is disabled. We do not intentionally send submitted conversations, recordings, transcripts, analysis results, or journal content to Mixpanel or Meta.
For visitors in the United States, optional analytics and advertising measurement on eligible pages are enabled by default and can be disabled through Privacy choices. For visitors in the United Kingdom, European Union, European Economic Area, and unclassified locations, these technologies remain off until the visitor actively allows them. We also honor supported Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out.
